Christmass gifts help!?

I know it is kinda early but i am trying to get my Christmas's shopping done early this year. Please help me with the following:
1) what do i get for my 13 year old cousin? She likes music and reading but i want to do something creative. She is kinda a tom boy.
2) My dad. He likes football.
3) My mom. This year i want to MAKE her a basket this year. But i have no idea what to put in it. I want it to be creative but easy. I rather not put stuff like cookies or flowers in it. And it should be Christmas's. Also if anyone has tips to make the basket I would love to hear them.
4) what should i get someone that is into golf?
