Candy buffet?
Some people have mentioned it to me, and my fiance loves the idea! This will be in addition to favors (Lindor truffles in a small basket) as just something fun to do along with our coffee bar (having a nonalc wedding...please no rude comments about it). So, we were thinking about instead of doing vases, using decorated boxes and filling them with all sorts of candy. We're having a fall themed wedding. We'll give everyone a small white paper bag to fill with candy. What kinds of candy should we use? What candies would be fitting for an early October wedding (trying to avoid the entire Halloween thing, so please no Halloween suggestions)?

Try to stay away from any candy that will melt eaisly.
If you want pre package candies buy the packages taht you would use for Halloween (not Halloween Candy just the kind you would hand out.)
I went to a wedding that had done that, They had set up a table along one wall. And had a whole bunch of diffrent types of candies, And people just their candy when ever they wanted to.
