my friend had asked me this and i didn't know what to tell her. she said a friend of hers said you could a few years ago but hasn't tried it now. so i was wondering if anyone knew.

Yes it does. I had my child when I was 21 with no job and I and my wife was a student so we collected food stamps and we bought our daughter 2 prefilled Easter baskets at the grocery store. If the store accepts EBT than you can buy them.
Don't listen to what other people say when they say no because obviously they don't know what they're talking about also this goes for every state because EBT is a federal program and it has same rules for all states
