What is a good lunch to have after a night of parting?
I had a really fun night of fried food and about 6 shots of whatever, it was all good though. I also ate like a whole pound cake and a giant bowl of fat free popcorn. I don’t know what came over me but I just couldn’t stop eating after my shots. I went to Fridays and I had cheese sticks and a basket of fries, I feel so sick today but I know it is not a good idea to skip meals during the day so I was wondering what a good diet for today would be. I know plenty of water but what is a good amount of calories for a lunch. I think that I ate like 4000 last night:( Please help me, I have no idea what to do.
Well, after I have a good, long night of partying... I love to eat biscuits and gravy... They fill you up fast and has very low calories. Plus, if you're feeling sick it can cure up your case of a hang-over because it absorbs all the nasties in your stomach. =] Good Luck!
